2nd Day of Digital MArketing Internship Program - How to make Customer Avatar


It was 2nd unique day of my journey through the  Digital marketing along with Deepak  as a part of 2nd internship batch.
My  main intake was
-          Marketing is mainly a conversation. If you cant converse with single person it is not possible to converse with many.
-          Be authentic  while communicating with people on line and earn trust. People are tired with fake people.
-          People with more experience are better marketer. Go out, meet people, make friends and expand your experience to converse with different people on different situations.
-          Awkwardness is an indicator of learning.
-          Customer Avtar plays a vital role in the realm of  online  marketing. Now it is very crucial to identify the actual customer .

Finding Customer Avatar
If  one think that everybody is his customer then in fact, nobody will be the customer. So, it is very essential to define the target customers and then we need to narrowing the target to find ideal customer characteristic. It will help us to make a foundation of a  brand strategy to promote the service or product in different digital channels.
Customer avatar for me will be an individual who exemplifies my target customer and conducting survey is for focusing on the cent not on the border.



How to develop a customer Avatar

For doing so, I have created a customer feedback form with 6 vital points for Small and medium establishment to understand their marketing needs and budget.

By analyzing the feedbacks, I have decided my customer avatar is
1.       Medium size business owner (11-20 people on board)
2.       Service providers
3.       By yourself or public mouth
4.       Have own website but have less traffic and less presence in social media sites
5.       Willing to generate lids from social media
6.       Have no budget or specific budget for digital marketing.
Based upon the above analysis I will create my strategy to target this category through my post and ads in social media to find my potential customers.
                                                                           




.By attending this seminar it was very clear to me about the method that how we should go forward in systematic manner to create the questionnaires, get response and to create the avatar by analyzing the response data.
